The workshop, titled “Career Bomb or Booster: Regulatory Know-How is Today’s Secret Weapon,” is designed to assist healthcare industry professionals in developing a better understanding of how regulatory knowledge can impact career advancement. Cramer is a corporate sponsor of the 2007 HBA Leadership Conference and is responsible for the creative direction for the event, which will draw more than 500 women executives in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Capitalizing on World-Class Leadership.” The unique two-day event will feature 17 hands-on interactive workshops and four inspiring plenaries. Each session promises to educate attendees on some of the latest industry trends, and inspire them to foster positive changes in both their organizations and careers. In addition to the workshop, Liz Kay will present opening remarks on behalf of the 2007 HBA Rising Stars, which recognize women who demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities in the healthcare industry.
